Originally envisioned as a contemporary bachelor’s retreat, this three-bedroom apartment in Pune gradually evolved into a family home during the course of its transformation. Set within an aging residential building, the project demanded more than a cosmetic renovation. As execution progressed, several unforeseen structural conditions emerged, revealing irregular RCC elements that differed from those on adjoining floors. Working within these constraints, the design sought to create a home that feels calm, welcoming, and deeply personal, one that reflects the clients’ simplicity, humility, and creative spirit.
